Ashley was born a month early weighing 2 pounds 8 oz. She was in ICU for one month. She was informed by her parents on the Christmas Day that she was going to undergo the procedure for her heart. Prayers were answered when her parents visited the hospital on Christmas Day and were told by medical professionals that her heart was closed up. Ashley didn't require any procedure. At 4 1/2 lbs, Ashley was sent home for two more hospitalizations. She is now healthy. Her father's ancestry is English as well as German. Her family's origins are originated from Ireland. Ashley's acting debut came in an advertisement for the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley's professional career took off by the Ford Modeling Agency approached her when she was just 8 years old. Ashley has worked steadily at the Ford Modeling Agency for many years. It was her love of acting from the time she was a teenager. Ashley acted in 35 commercials. Later, she moved onto theatrical roles. Acting was now Ashley's passion. Ashley devoted every moment of her life to acting and no longer found time to do dancing or modeling. Ashley is well known for her portrayal of Hannah Marin on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars. Ashley had a small part in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love", which was performed with Solange along with Romeo Miller. Britney took a photo with Ashley for Vogue Magazine. The NLT music video of "That Girl" the singer appears.
